Our pundits are offering a unique yagya called “Om Nad Gayatri Yagya” on Jan. 12, 2024. Jan. 12 is the birthday of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi- the great sage who revived the knowledge of meditation, jyotish and yagya during his life.
This grand yagya will bestow spiritual energy for the new year and will also have an intention for World Peace. The timing of the yagya also corresponds with an effort to create world peace in Fairfield, Iowa and Hyderabad, India where over 13, 000 people will be gathered from Dec. 29 – Jan. 13 to meditate for World Peace.
In this yagya our pundits will chant the Om and Gayatri Mantras using special, breathing and mental techniques from the Vedas. This yagya increases sattvic or positive energy and increases spiritual power. The yagya will also include traditional Guru Puja to invoke blessings of the Divine Masters.
