Warming Tumeric Tea
Very hot water
1-2 TBS honey to taste
1 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 inch fresh ginger root grated
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1-2 grinds of fresh black pepper
Mix the honey and turmeric powder together in the bottom of a mug to form a paste. Add grated ginger, cinnamon, black pepper. Add hot but not boiling water and let steep for 3-4 minutes covered. Enjoy!
